Play takes up a significant amount of time, in fact it is equivalent to 20% of a child's primary school life (1.4 years). Here at Great Corby School and Nursery we are about to embark on our Outdoor Play and Learning (OPAL) journey. We are committed to ensuring that quality play opportunities are available to all our children. We believe that play is essential for physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and intellectual development of each child. Most of our best childhood memories are from playing outdoors, climbing trees and exploring the wide world around us. OPAL gives us the opportunity to give those memories to your children.
